We have a modern manufacturing facility, which helps us to manufacture our collection of metal forgings in bulk quantity and with unmatched quality. Our manufacturing unit is spread over a large area with substantial installed capacity.

We make use of advanced machines and equipment in our unit, some of which is mentioned below:

• Grinding machine
• Bending machine
• CNC lathe machine
• CNC turning machine
• Automatic temperature controlled furnace

In addition we also have tool room, plant and machinery for forging, heat treatment, material testing, inspection, metal finishing and an in-house design unit with complete CAD/ CAM & 3D modeling facilities.

We have an experienced squad of research and development personnel, they always assist us in our effort to improve the quality and the performance of the collection of forging items. They conduct various researches, which help us to develop new product range and to find out and eliminate the flaw and defects in the existing collection, if any.

Our research team keenly and methodically observes the market and find out the new developments related to our industry and these are checked with respect to the present resources of the firm. After ensuring the efficiency and possibility of the new development, they inform it to the concerned department.
